About Us
Our Lead Nurse Practitioner:
Annie Soliman has been a nurse in the healthcare industry for over 13 years. She served as a pediatric RN and charge nurse for 5 years prior to graduating with her Masters Degree in Nursing in 2012. Since becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, she has worked in a variety of settings, including an interventional pain management, house calls and in bariatric surgery clinics. Despite having a wide range of experiences, her focus and passion remains on promoting wellness and health to her patients and preventing the development of chronic diseases in our community.
She is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a Certified Bariatric Nurse with the ASMBS. Being a mentor to new nurses and NPs, Annie serves as a preceptor to both BSN and MSN students to this day.
Annie is married to her husband, Fred, and together they have two beautiful daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing music, and instructing group Zumba and dance fitness classes.

Our Crew
Annie brings over 13+ years of nursing experience to the Care Crew team. As a practicing Family Nurse Practitioner who works in the home care setting, she brings a level of expertise to our clients that truly sets us apart from most other agencies. Having cared for her own parents at home has also given her a unique perspective into the industry and overwhelming level of empathy and compassion for those we serve. She is married to Fred and together they have two beautiful daughters, Alexandria and Amelia.
Brittany has over 10+ years of experience creating, marketing, and managing medical offices of various types. She also has experience in care of her dementia/Alzheimer’s grandmother for 4 years prior to her passing. Her dedication to our clients is apparent each and every day, as she ensures all aspects of Care Crew are running seamlessly. She is married to Cody, who is actively in the US military and they have a son named Legend.
Fred provides the administrative support to our Care Crew team. With years of corporate logistics and compliance experience, he ensures the processes and procedures are always running smoothly and that clients are receiving the best overall experience possible! He and Annie are married with two young daughters. He also enjoys flying planes as a commercial pilot!
